01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and beti8 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, games, features, promotions, and content available at beti8.net and any associated mobile applications or platforms operated by beti8.

By clicking "Register," completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the beti8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the beti8 platform and close your account.

beti8 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on beti8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is a strict minimum age requirement in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Individuals under 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering or using the beti8 platform in any capacity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing beti8 does not violate any laws applicable to you in your location.
• You must register under your own true legal identity. Registration under a false name, alias, or on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You must not already have an existing beti8 account. Each individual is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by beti8, PAGCOR, or any other recognised responsible gaming registry at the time of registration.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of beti8 or any affiliated company, game provider, or regulatory body associated with beti8.

During registration, beti8 will collect your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. You are required to provide accurate and complete information. beti8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence — at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your beti8 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

beti8 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, Messenger, Viber, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from beti8 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account, whether or not you authorised such activity.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify beti8 support immediately.
• beti8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your registered Philippine mobile number to add a second layer of protection to your account.

beti8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where suspicious activity, unusual login patterns, or signs of compromised credentials are detected, pending an investigation. We will endeavour to contact the registered account holder via their verified email address or phone number in such instances.

04 Deposits & Payments

beti8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, over-the-counter bank transfers, USDT, and other supported cryptocurrencies. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for most methods unless otherwise stated on the deposits page.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is detected, beti8 reserves the right to freeze the deposited funds and request documentary evidence confirming the source of funds before releasing them for play or returning them.

beti8 does not charge deposit fees on most methods; however, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may apply their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility. beti8 is not responsible for deposits delayed or failed due to issues on the side of your payment provider, including GCash outages, bank maintenance windows, or blockchain network congestion.

By depositing funds into your beti8 account, you confirm that the funds are legitimately obtained and that you are not using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. beti8 operates in full compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law.

05 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

All withdrawal requests require successful completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before the first withdrawal is processed. Verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used for deposit. Subsequent withdrawals from the same verified account and payment method are processed without additional documentation requirements, provided account details remain unchanged.

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–3 banking hours during standard Philippine banking hours.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT) withdrawals are subject to standard blockchain network confirmation times.
• beti8 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will not appear in your withdrawable balance. Only real-money funds that have cleared all applicable wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal. beti8 reserves the right to withhold or reverse withdrawal requests pending investigation if fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected on the account.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

beti8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal Philippine-themed promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer, which form part of this agreement.

General conditions applicable to all beti8 bonuses unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each eligible player may claim each promotion once unless stated otherwise. Claiming the same promotion via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and time limit for each offer are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• beti8 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to bonus wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate, and sports bets are subject to minimum odds requirements.
• beti8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any active promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already credited remain subject to their original terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

07 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on beti8 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports events, or any other product — are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of each bet before confirming, including the selection, stake amount, and any applicable odds or game settings.

beti8 reserves the right to void any bet or game round in the following circumstances:

• A technical error, software malfunction, or data feed disruption that materially affects the outcome of a game or betting event.
• Manifest pricing or odds errors where the odds offered were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error.
• Evidence of collusion between players or any form of coordinated manipulation of game or betting outcomes.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government orders, or internet infrastructure failures affecting platform operation.

For sports betting, beti8 follows widely accepted industry standards for settlement of sports markets. In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled according to the specific sport and market rules published in the sportsbook help section. In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of beti8 and are subject to delay or suspension at any time.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the beti8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and may result in reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets on beti8.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in beti8 games or systems to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known exploits will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the beti8 platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or proceeds of crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of card games, sports markets, or any other beti8 product.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing beti8 accounts or account balances.
• Attempting to access beti8 systems, servers, databases, or code without authorisation.
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening beti8 staff or other players via any communication channel.

09 Responsible Gaming

beti8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling for all Filipino players. Gambling on beti8 is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. beti8 provides the following responsible gaming tools directly within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Reminders: Set time-based pop-up notifications to remind you of how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the beti8 platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the beti8 platform — including but not limited to the beti8 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, trademarks, trade names, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to beti8 and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the beti8 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publish any beti8 content without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any beti8 software or game code.
• Use the beti8 brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on beti8 content or software.

Any unauthorised use of beti8 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action under applicable Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, beti8 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the beti8 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or game voids.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access to your account.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the beti8 platform, including game descriptions, odds, or promotional terms.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banks.
• Any harm arising from events beyond beti8's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

beti8's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total value of your real-money account balance at the time the claim arises, or ₱10,000, whichever is lower, except where prohibited by law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

beti8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or real-money transaction.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
• Detection of a duplicate account belonging to the same individual.

Upon account closure for legitimate reasons not related to Terms violations, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification. beti8 will not return balances to accounts closed due to fraud, money laundering, or serious Terms breaches.

You may request voluntary closure of your beti8 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not waive any obligations you have incurred under these Terms prior to closure.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

beti8 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a beti8 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

beti8 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving your experience on the beti8 platform.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by beti8, subject to our legal and regulatory retention obligations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for the full details of your data rights and how to exercise them.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. beti8 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute between you and beti8 arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through our support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected] with full details of your complaint. beti8 will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a final resolution within 30 calendar days.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

15 Amendments to These Terms

beti8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, beti8 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.

The date at the top of these Terms indicates when the current version was last updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms each time you use the beti8 platform. Your continued use of the beti8 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement in full.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the beti8 platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team. Existing real-money balances will be returned to you in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
